Free Workouts That Will Transform Your Body
I have gone through many ups and downs with workouts throughout the life. I used to buy a gym membership because I thought that putting out a pretty penny every month would actually motivate me to go. It did. For about a month or three, and then I’d go about twice a month and eventually not at all.
I resolved last September when I cancelled yet another gym membership that I wasn’t going down that road again. As a working mom I just can’t find time in my day to actually drive somewhere to work out. When all is said and done the entire process takes an hour and a half, and I don’t want to spend my precious time with my son after school away from him at the gym. I also can’t do it after he’s gone to bed. My motivation is all but completely evaporated.
Recently I’ve experienced several personal setbacks. A few of my close family members have been diagnosed with cancer, my mom went through major surgery, and a career track that was all but laid out before me suddenly came to a screeching halt. After my most recent let down I wanted to find a way to turn it all around. My boss said to me, “Fail Forward!” She was right. I had to turn my setbacks into something positive.
After coming home one Friday and eating an entire lemon cream pie to myself I decided that rather than continuing to eat my feelings and experience the bloated, yucky feeling of simply not taking care of myself I needed a change. Though I hide it well, by the end of the day my belly looks exactly as it did when I was three month’s pregnant. It’s not pretty. My clothes keep getting tighter and tighter and every time I look in the mirror I just feel defeated.
Luckily, my good buddy Phyllis from Verified Mom had recently invited me to a Healthy Living Mastermind Group on Facebook and mentioned the Bikini Body Mommy 90 Day Challenge. I immediately took to it. Most of her workouts are between 12 and 25 minutes, but don’t be fooled…they are HARD! Especially when you first start! When I started Day 1 I couldn’t catch my breath and felt more out of shape after 8 minutes than I had maybe ever before. Now 6 days later I’m already feeling stronger. I have so much more energy. I am genuinely happier! Plus in the first week I lost 2 INCHES around my belly! Now that’s progress!
Because the evenings weren’t working for me I knew I had to get up early to do it before work. Unfortunately for me that means 530. Honestly though, I’m in bed by 10 so it’s totally doable. I’ve never felt better.

Jessica is a celebrity trainer and just so motivating. If you can’t fit a long workout into your day her core strength and HIIT Cardio workouts will have you begging for mercy in a short amount of time. I like alternating her workouts with Bikini Body Mommy just for a bit of a switch up.
And if you’re really short on time she has a killer quick fit series as well that will still leave you breaking a sweat!
